Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with JOLASH STUDIO GOLD COAST, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both client and artist, and are aligned with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Deposits
- $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be converted to credit for future use. This credit does not expire.

Appointments
- As clients are scheduled back-to-back, we kindly ask that you arrive at your exact appointment time—not earlier. If you are running 5–10 minutes late, please notify us via SMS.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time may be shortened or cancelled, depending on the time availability. In such cases, the full service fee still applies.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit as credit. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Infills
- JOLASH STUDIO GOLD COAST does not perform infills on work done by other salons (foreign infills). A removal and full set are required in such cases.

Health and Allergies
- It is your responsibility to inform your lash artist of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or recent eye surgeries prior to treatment.

Touch-Up / Service Satisfaction
- If you experience excessive lash fallout within 3 days, you may be eligible for a complimentary touch-up — must notify us within 3 days of your appointment. Eligibility for a complimentary touch-up will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Photos may be required.
- We are committed to achieving excellent results, but if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a complimentary lash removal within 3 days of your appointment.

Lash Lift and Straightening
- If you have had a recent lash lift or if your lashes still hold a strong curl, a lash straightening service may be required before your lash extension appointment. This is necessary to maintain the highest quality and appearance of your lash extensions.

Liability Disclaimer
- We take the utmost care in delivering our services. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors.

Brow Lamination & Sculpt

Brow Lamination is a semi-permanent procedure that involves straightening the brow hairs using a chemical solution, which allows the brow hairs to be manipulated into your desired position for a fuller & clean look. This service is best for sparse/thin brows or unruly brow hairs.

Results last up to 6-8 weeks depends on clients hair growth and cycle.

Recommended to be redone every 6wk-8wk for the best results. View less
